The check-in was fast, and my room was clean with a comfortable mattress. However, the walls need renovation and the shower didn't have a fixture.

The location of La Bourse is fantastic, directly near the Metro and close to various attractions. The mixed feel of modernity and age in the rooms offers a unique charm, though some areas could use fresh paint. My room's Velux windows let in a nice amount of natural light, but they were a bit drafty. Unfortunately, the bathroom drainage needed attention. it struggled to keep up during showers. Some staff members shine with outstanding service, offering quick solutions to issues. However, communication barriers can pop up with certain employees, especially if English isn't your first language. Housekeeping kept the room tidy, yet consistent checks might enhance the experience. Nighttime noise from the lift made for less peaceful nights. The complimentary morning coffee could be better. the in-room machine had its quirks. Still, the atmosphere at breakfast felt welcoming with a good variety of local options nearby. Overall, with some improvements, this hotel could be an excellent stay for many travelers.

The grilled fish was off the hook! Plus, it’s super close to Fritland and Kung Fu Noodles for quick bites. The hotel had character, but it was the nearby eateries that truly stole the show.
The staff handled things well, but I was a bit startled when one walked in without knocking to fetch a heater. At least the next one had the courtesy to knock first. Just adds to the charm, I guess!

A cozy stay with a twist
The breakfast was a delightful spread, showcasing local delicacies and freshly baked goods. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist.
However, the room’s airflow was limited due to a single roof window, making it a bit stuffy. Furthermore, the shower drainage was poor, causing a bit of a water buildup on the bathroom floor.

Enjoyed my stay here! The location is super central, perfect for exploring Brussels. The staff were genuinely helpful, even with the noisy nights. Would recommend checking out the coffee-they delivered it right to my table!

The staff were friendly and accommodating during my stay.
I had a nightmare dealing with the broken TV and lack of internet in my suite. After a long day of travel, all we wanted was to relax, but nobody at the front desk seemed to care. The response to our complaints was utterly ridiculous, and it felt like we were bothering them instead of receiving help.

We loved the hotel's fantastic location, just minutes away from the shopping district and a short walk to the train station. The family-friendly amenities made our stay easier, and the breakfast had a delightful variety of fresh breads and fruits served in a cozy restaurant adjacent to the lobby. The room was comfortable and recently upgraded, making us feel right at home.
The elevator was out of service during our stay, which made navigating with young kids a bit challenging.

The location is conveniently close to several restaurants and a short walk to the opera, making it an excellent choice for those wanting to explore. The breakfast included freshly prepared items like boiled eggs and a variety of breads, all served efficiently in a pleasant atmosphere. While the room was clean and appeared recently refurbished, the limited airflow made it stuffy at times, and the shower drainage needed attention.
